Bianchetto Truffle Cream description
The Bianchetto Truffle Cream is a tasty sauce made of 75% Bianchetto Truffle (Tuber albidum Pico).
The Bianchetto Truffle is harvested between winter and spring and has a lively aroma, slightly spicy and garlicky. Milk or cheese dishes enhance its organoleptic properties.

How to use it
The Bianchetto Truffle Cream is prepared with Bianchetto Truffles, milk and cream and contains no added artificial flavours. It can be spread on toast or crostini or used to season pasta dishes, particularly pappardelle or tagliatelle, such as our Tagliatelle with White Truffles. It goes perfectly with milk, butter or cheese-based dishes.
To truly experience its taste, add a drizzle of olive oil or a curl of butter and consume it at room temperature or add it to a steaming dish. It is recommended to use 20 gr per person.
